1 cupWhole milk
1 canEvaporated 12 oz milk
2eggs
2 tbspSour cream
1/2 lbSharp cheddar cheese
1 cupbutter
1 lbVelveeta cheese cut into chunks
1 dashSalt and pepper
1/2 cupSharp cheddar cheese (set aside) for topping

Boil elbow macaroni for 5 mins

Place pasta in a mixing bowl

Butter the baking dish on all sides

And butter, sour cream, and 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese to pasta. fold together

Add milk mixture

Season with salt and pepper and toss

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese that was set aside

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until top is brown
