Steps

First fry drycoconut slices an onion till it become nice brown and make paste of it. Later add ginger garlic paste and above paste in same oil as we used for frying and cook this paste for 2 mins.

Add kolhapuri masala and 1 cup of boiling water. Add salt and cook it for 2-3 mins

Add half cut boiled egg in it and let it boil for another 2-3 mins. Garnish it with coriander and serve it
