I always make extra taco meat to use in a quick recipe to be made later. I had all these ingredients on hand and just tossed it together. Its a thick soup so feel free to add xtra water or more tomato juice. So pleased with the outcome!!!! Enjoy!!!!

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupleftover taco meat(cooked and drained beef with taco seasoning)
  2. 2 cancondensed tomato soup
  3. 3 cupwater
  4. 2 cupcooked white rice
  5. 1 cancream style corn
  6. 1 candiced tomatoes in juice undrained
  7. 1 canblacked beans drained well

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in a large pot and heat through. Serve!!! Easy Peasy!!!

  2. 2

    Serve with shredded cheddar, crushed tortillas and sour cream if desired.
