Made these for my nieces who were asking me to buy them cookies. They loved it! I almost didn't get to take pictures because they already ate half of the first batch of cookies. LOL.This recipe makes super moist cookies! Try it!

You will love these. You can have them mixed up within 5 minutes. They remind me of Spring with the Noreaster comming. Who would have thought a " cake mix" .. These could not be easier. And they Taste good Too.....

I would compare them to Subway cookies but not as flat.I kept making these often-requested cookies for a few years for all of my friends and family but then disaster struck! I like using chunky peanut butter for an extra nutty crunch.I find that using small chocolate chips is better for folding so I used a mixture of normal dark chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips (Laura Secord chocolate chips)I used a small ice cream scoop to help keep the dome shape of the cookie.
