  1. 2 1/4 cupgluten-free all purpose flour
  2. 1 tspxanthum gum
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 cupbutter
  6. 3/4 cupgranulated sugar
  7. 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  8. 1 tspvanilla
  9. 2eggs
  10. 10 ozCarmel Filled Chocolate chips

  1. 1

    Coming flour, baking soda, & salt. Set aside.

  2. 2

    In another bowl, beat butter, sugars, & vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in Carmel Filled Chocolate chips.

  3. 3

    Drop tablespoon full onto ungreased cookie sheets.

  4. 4

    Bake in 350°F oven for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before removing.
