Bacon Wrapped BBQ Meatloaf

Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 lb85% ground beef
  2. 8slices bacon
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2large handfuls garlic croutons
  5. 1 packagesdried onion soup mix
  6. 1 tbspapplewood seasoning
  7. 1 tbsppaprika
  8. 2 tspgarlic powder
  9. 2 tspdried oregano
  10. 2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  11. 1/2 cupworcestershire sauce
  12. 1 largepinch salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Pulse croutons in a food processor until finely chopped like breadcrumbs.

    Mix beef, eggs, seasonings, worchestershire sauce, and croutons together in a large mixing bowl.

    Form firmly together into a rectangular shape. Wrap with bacon.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 50 minutes or until thermometer reaches 155°
