  1. 1boneless chicken breast
  2. 1/2 cup"Easy Adult Stuffing"
  3. 1/2 cupchimichurri sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    (To make chimichurri, puree cilantro, parsley, onion, vinegar, garlic, jalapeno, and salt.)

  2. 2

    (Instead of my Easy Adult Stuffing, you can substitute for another)

  3. 3

    Stuff chicken breast with the stuffing. Season the breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Top with chimichurri.

  4. 4

    Cover and bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until thermometer in chicken and stuffing reach 165°

  5. 5

    Variations; bacon wrapped, white wine, honey
