Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2cucumbers
  • 24 ozcontainer of sour cream
  • 24 ozcontainer of plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1juice from a med lemon
  • 3/4 tbspdill weed
  • 1 tspred wine vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    peel cucumbers. remove the seeds and soggy center.

  2. 2

    puree cucumber in a processor. drain liquid in a colander. squeeze cuke so almost all of the liquid leaves or sauce will be too runny

  3. 3

    mix with rest of ingredients. chill 30 min before serving.

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
