Ingredients

6 servings
  1. stuffing
  2. 1 largered bell pepper
  3. 1 largejalapeño peppers
  4. 1/4 cupdehydrated onions
  5. 1 cupcolby and monterrey jack cheese
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. burger
  8. 2 lbground meat
  9. 1/4 tspsalt
  10. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  11. 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  12. frying
  13. 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the bell peppers, take the seeds out. Do the same for the jalapeños.

    Fry the peppers in oil season with salt. When they are soft set aside off heat.

    Shred the cheese. Mix the cheese with onions and peppers. Set aside.

    In a bowl mix the meat with the salt, pepper, and garlic

    Form the meat into balls and make a pocket in the center and stuff with stuffing mixture. Then seal it up and gently from a patty. Bake till meat is done in the oven, 30 minutes. Move to paper towels to absorb excessive oils.
