I wanted to make some dip but did not have a can of chili, but I did have left over taco meat and beans from our dinner the night before. It turned out great.

I wanted to make some dip but did not have a can of chili, but I did have left over taco meat and beans from our dinner the night before. It turned out great.

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground meat
  2. 1 envelopetaco seasoning
  3. 110 oz can rotel tomatoes
  4. 115 oz can ranch style beans
  5. 116 oz loaf velveeta cheese
  6. 1 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Cook meat according to taco seasoning directions.

    Cut cheese into 1 inch cubes and add to pot with 1 cup milk. Melt on low, stirring regularly.

    Once cheese is melted add in the cooked meat, beans and rotel. Stir to incorporate and let warm through about 5 min. Serve with your favorite chips.
