My Mom's Tuna Salad

I have always loved Tuna fish but not that slight fishy after taste. One day my mom made tuna sandwiches and this time, there really was no after taste and there was a crisp refreshing taste to it. My mom told me she added apple and I thought she was messing with me but the next time she made tuna I was helping her make it and sure enough out came an apple. From then on that is the only way I make it. I have gotten many a friends, and coworkers ask me to make it for them. The parents of my daughters friends and our neighbor's say that when they make tuna the only way their kids will eat tuna now is if they put apple in it. LOL!
