Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 16 ozcanned pumpkin
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspground cinnamon
  6. 1/2 tspground ginger
  7. 1/4 tspground cloves
  8. 12 ozcan of evaporated milk
  9. 19 inch unbaked pie crust

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in order.

  3. 3

    Add mixture to pie crust.

  4. 4

    Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes or until knife is inserted and comes out clean.
