  • 1 can10 count biscuit dough
  • 20mini smoked sausage
  • 5 slicecolby jack cheese, cut into fourths

    open can biscuits and separate

  2. 2

    split each biscuit in half....you should have 20 pieces of dough

  3. 3

    flatten each piece of dough

    place a piece of cheese on each piece of dough

    top each with sausage

    roll up and pinch closed

    place on cookie sheet

    bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until browned

    serve warm and enjoy

    Pair with a Salad or veggie sticks for a quick lunch meal.
