Cooking Instructions

Preheat at 350 bake on 350, in a 9×9 pan,mix flour, 1/4 cup of powder sugar and cold butter. With ur fingers cut butter into flour mix, until it forms a ball, the powder sugar u have left, use it to sprinkle on counter roll out dough, but still reserving some for the top of the bars when cooked.

Bake the shell for 10 minutes, then take out and cool, as it cool prepare the filling.

Mix all the ingredients together,pour in the lemon mixtrue into the cool crust, placeing back into oven, bake for 25 minutes, take out of oven, let cool completely.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when cooled.cut into squares.and enjoy
