Ingredients

  • 5boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cantomatoes n green chilis
  • 1 candiced green chilies
  • 1 canfat free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 smallblock of reduced fat Velveeta
  • 1 boxspaghetti noodles
  • 1 smallcan of sliced mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    Poach chicken, set aside to cool

  2. 2

    Boil spaghetti noodles for 7-8 minutes

  3. 3

    After draining spaghetti add Velveeta soup tomatoes chilies and mushrooms

  4. 4

    While the cheese melts shred the chicken up into bite size pieces then stir into cheese mixture

  5. 5

    Pour everything into a baking dish and bake at 375 until top is golden n bubbly
