3 cupthinly sliced zucchini
1onion chopped
1 cupbisquick
1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
4eggs
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1/2 tspparsley
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients together until zucchini is evenly coated.

Pour into a 10" pie pan or 10x6 baking pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
