Blend garlic, onion, ginger, pepper to make the paste; season with salt and oregano and marinate. Add chicken, seal bag, and turn to coat. Chill at least 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat oven 200degree. Remove chicken from marinade and set in the oven, covered and turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp, 25–30 minutes.
