Ingredients

  1. Orange mint glaze
  2. 1 1/2 cuporange juice
  3. 2 tbspwhite wine
  4. 1 tbsphoney
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. 1 1/2 tbspFruit pectin or thickener
  7. 2 tbspdry or fresh mint chopped fine
  8. 1each dry arbol chilli broken up in small pcs
  9. salt
  10. black pepper
  11. creamy lemon vinaigrette
  12. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  13. 1each juiced lemon
  14. cracked pepper
  15. salt
  16. 1 tbspdry white wine
  17. 1 tspwhite vinegar
  18. 3each lamb loins
  19. 1 packagesprepared polenta
  20. summer veggies your choice
  21. garnish
  22. 1each mint sprig

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients in small sauce pot fpr orange glaze and bring to simmer. Watch close it can boil over! Once simmered turn to very low heat for 15min, then remove to cool and thicken.

    Prepare and mix ingredients for creamy lemon vinegrette. Set aside to drizzle on summer veggies

    Steam your veggies your choice.

    Pan fry polenta slices.

    Grill or pan fry lamb loins. Once lamb cook brush orange mint glaze on while still hot.

    Drizzle Creamy lemon vinegrette over veggies on plate lay polenta down then glazed loins touch off with sprig of mint. Enjoy I did!

Been cooking since 5 started with eggs just decided to go to school in culinary arts you all inspire me. My plating and recipes will get a lot better since I'm a perfectionist. I hope you all live what I share with you in the future. Update 2025 I am now head Chef of 2 restaurants 1 dry age steak house and the other a entire senior living community.
