Steps

Boil chana with salt and water. Strain it but save water

Heat butter with 1 tsp of oil. Fry ginger garlic paste in it and fry it till it becomes brown. Add onion tomato paste and fry it till it get brown too.

Once it get brown, add curd and cook this till all water from curd get evaporated.

Add all spices. With little water add all chana. And mix it. Add salt, fresh cream, coriander and sugar and cook it for few more minute and serve it with nan or paratha.
