Ingredients

  • 500 gYam Flour
  • 1 cupcold water
  • 4-6 cupsboiling water

Steps

    For just the poundo yam,

  2. 2

    Get a cooking pot, dissolve yam Flour in cold water to form a smooth paste

  3. 3

    Pour into hot water and hear simultaneously, until the mixture coagulate

  4. 4

    Mold and dish as required
