Ingredients

  • 1large red onion
  • 2medium tomatoes
  • 10 gramssalt
  • Capsicum
  • 1small size white onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the onions.

  2. 2

    Slice the onions and tomatoe to thin round shapes

  3. 3

    Wash onion slices on warm salty water to taste

  4. 4

    Slice capsicum to strait slender straws and wash to remove inner Cole.

  5. 5

    Serve in a clean plate
