Ingredients

  1. 2zucchini.. made into noodles
  2. 1yellow bell pepper
  3. 1 cupzucchini
  4. 1/2 cupsnow peas
  5. 3 tbspgarlic chopped
  6. 2 tbspginger chopped
  7. 3 tbspred chilli flakes
  8. 2 tbsppeanut oil
  9. 3 tbspsoyasauce
  10. 2 tbspsugar
  11. 1salt

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Heat peanut oil in a pan.. add ginger garlic and fry for a min. Add all the veggies and fry for till cripsy

    Add soyasauce and sugar and mix well. Cook for 2 mins

  3. 3

    Add zucchini noodles and cook for another 2-3mins.

    Add salt according to taste
