Ingredients

  1. 110 ounce container of classic hummus
  2. 15.3 ounce container of plain Greek yogurt
  3. 1garlic clove minced
  4. 1tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
  5. 1/2fresh squeezed lemon
  6. 1 pinchof salt
  7. 1/2 tspof ground pepper
  8. 1/4 cupof chopped red onion
  9. 1 cupof chopped English cucumber
  10. 2 mediumchopped Roma tomato
  11. 1/2 cupof crumbled feta cheese
  12. 1/4 cupof sliced Kalamata olives

Cooking Instructions

    Take an 8x8 dish and put the hummus on the bottom and spread evenly

  2. 2

    Take the plain Greek yogurt and mix in the lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Spread this on top of the hummus.

    Then start layering the onion, then the cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, and then the Kalamata olives.

    Serve with pita chips or your favorite crackers..
