  1. 2 bundlesmanagu
  2. 3 tbspoil
  3. 1onion
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. Cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the managu well,then wash

  2. 2

    Boil until tender...put oil in a sufuria,put in onions fry till soft.Add in tomatoes,fry till soft...then add the boiled managu

  3. 3

    Add the cream then stir and allow to cook on low heat for 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali.
