Mix rava powdered spices butter millk green chilli oil bottle gourd and water to prepare batter.

Make a thick batter.

Keep aside for 20 minute.

Now gentely mix soda.

Put a heavy kadai to heat.

Put 3 tablespoon oil in kadai.add mustard seed.

Allow to splutter.when done add curry leaves and sesame seeds.

Pour batter carefully in oil.spread batter evenly.

Cover and allow to cook on very low flame.

When base turns to crisp and golden brown flip over.

Allow others side to become crisp.

Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
