Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cuppeach preserves
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 cuplight brown sugar
  • 1 packagesfajita size chicken, thawed
  • 2 cupbrown rice prepared

Steps

  1. 1

    Place vinegar, peach preserves, water , and brown sugar in a pan.

  2. 2

    Stir and bring to a boil.

  3. 3

    Lower heat; simmer 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add chicken; simmer 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add rice; simmer 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
