1 hour

400 gramsnutella or similar chocolate spread
250 gramscream cheese or quark
2caps full of vanilla essence
1 tbspinstant coffee dissolved in 50ml water OR 50ml cold very strong coffee
200 gramscocoa
200 gramsicing sugar

Combine ingredients and blend thoroughly. Move to fridge.

It's as simple as that! Leave in the fridge for approximately 1 hour before applying to your cake or cupcakes.
