2 cuppancake mix
1 1/2 cupwater
1maple syrup
1Mounds™ coconut flakes

Steps

Pour pancake and water into a bowl. Mix until clumps are gone. Add maple syrup and coconut flakes

Pour batter on to a hot griddle. Flip over when underside is golden.

Cook up sausage or bacon to your liking and place on the pancakes once they are finished cooking
