Ingredients

  1. 3 lbpeeled potatoes
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 2 tbspbutter
  4. 1 tbspolive oil
  5. 3/4 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/2 tsponion powder
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  9. 2 tbspcream
  10. 3 ozsoftened cream cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. 2

    Dice potatoes and add to crock pot. Add water, butter, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook on high 3 hours.

  3. 3

    Add cream and cream cheese and mash to desired consistency. Turn crock pot to low until ready to serve.

Delicious and flavorful, if you add flavored cream cheese it gives you lots of wiggle room.
