Ingredients

  • 3 mediumcucumbers, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 mediumonion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 3 mediumtomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cupvinegar
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 cupoil

This was fantastic! I used olive oil in the mix. Delicious! It would make a great salad dressing.
