  1. 3 cupCooked chicken
  2. 2 cuplong grain rice (or 3 1/2 cups instant)
  3. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  4. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  5. 1 envelopeOnion soup mix
  6. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  7. 1 canmushrooms, sliced
  8. 1 cupcelery, chopped
  9. 1 largegreen pepper, chopped
  10. 3 1/2 cupwater

    Combine all ingredients into a roasting pan or dutch oven. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°F
