Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 50 gpomo cow skin
  2. 50 grodo bell pepper
  3. 100 kgtatashe pepper
  4. 1medium sized onion
  5. 2Knorr seasoning
  6. 200 gshoko leaves
  7. 10 gcrayfish
  8. 10 kgtomatoes
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2cooking spoons of Palmoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and clean the pomo and put on fire with small water and add salt and the onion

  2. 2

    Wash the tomatoes and rodo amd tatashe and blend not too smoothly

  3. 3

    When the pomo is boiled in 10mins add palmoil then the leaves and crayfish and the knorr seasoning

  4. 4

    Allow to cook for 5minutes

  5. 5

    Serve
