Try easy and tasty coconut burfi this Diwali. A quick recipe made with just 4 simple ingredients under 20 minutes.

Heat a pan with ghee and roast cashews. Keep aside.

Now add coconut, cardamon powder and sugar and cook stirring constantly on medium flame.

Sugar starts melting by mixing together and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Pour the mixture immediately into the greased pan and level.

Spread roasted cashews over it.
- 6
Cut it into desired shapes while it is still warm
- 7
Cool and store it in an airtight jar.
