This easy dish is very delicious. You can enjoy it as a side dish or appetizer. For the tofu you can either fried, seared, grilled or stove top cooked without oil. I do mine with the last option. Cook it without oil. You can make it either spicy or not spicy. But I prefer the spicy one. So let’s check out the recipe. Nia Hiura -

Tasty Thai Tuna Salad Tasty Thai Tuna Salad
I usually have tuna salad ready for my week for a quick snack on crackers or a sandwich for lunch. But I was getting a little tired of the same old tuna salad with mayo, etc. I thought, I make a really good Asian Cucumber Salad...what if I combined the two!?! So, after adjusting everything to include the tuna and not overpower that flavor, I think this works really nicely and is a refreshing change of pace. Boca de Fogo -
Green Mango Som Tum Style Salad Green Mango Som Tum Style Salad
I unexpectedly found a green mango, so I bought it on impulse! It was riper than I thought it would be, so I combined it with whatever vegetables I had in my refrigerator. As a typical salad, this mango was too ripe, but the fruity and sweet taste was delicious. The dried shrimp and pine nuts added a nice touch, too.To complement the mango texture, I peeled the cucumber. The colors were softened and looked nice. The all-purpose fish sauce can be used as a salad dressing or for other dishes. I recommend making a liberal amount. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan
