Ingredients

  • 1 canwhole kernal corn, drained
  • 1/4 stickbutter
  • 1/4 cupjalapenos, diced
  • 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    heat butter, cream cheese, and sugar. be careful not to burn it

  2. 2

    add drained corn to cream cheese mixture, stirring well so that it doesn't burn

  3. 3

    add diced jalapenos, salt, and pepper to taste

  4. 4

    cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently
