Ingredients

  • 1 largechicken
  • 1 cupdiced onions
  • 6 cupwater
  • 2 clovegarlic, diced
  • 2 tspChipotle powder
  • 2 tbspChicken bullion
  • 2Avocados
  • 1 bagof tortillas chips
  • 1/2 bunchcilantro
  • 3 cupgrated Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 2limes
  • 1sour cream
  • 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Lower temperature and continue to boil until the chicken meat falls off the bone. Remove all bones and keep the soup warm.

  2. 2

    crumble a handful of chips in each bowl and ladle in your soup. add all other ingredients to each bowl per your taste.

Excellent, but don't add the avocado till the very end. Overcooking avocado will bitter it. Super easy and cheap.
