Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcocoa powder
  2. 1/2 cupoil
  3. 1scant cup sugar
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspvanilla extract
  8. 1/2 tspinstant coffee (optional)
  9. 1/2 cupflour
  10. 1/4-1/2 cupchopped walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Combine everything except the flour and nuts in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

    Mix in flour.

  3. 3

    Either mix in desired amount of nuts, or sprinkle on top of batter in next step. This facilitates nut transfer from picky eaters to normal people.

    Pour batter into a greased 8x8 inch pan and bake at 325°F for 25 minutes.
