Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppacked fresh basil leaves
  2. 1/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  3. 1/4 cupolive oil
  4. 1/4 cuppine nuts
  5. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  6. 1 pinchpepper
  7. 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast pine nuts: place them in a skillet over medium heat until golden and fragrant. Cool.

  2. 2

    Place all but olive oil in food processor and turn it on. While running, drizzle the olive oil in until combined. Store in fridge.
