Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhole grain oats
  2. 1/2 cuphemp seeds
  3. 1/2 cupflax seeds
  4. 1/2 cuppumpkin seeds
  5. 1/2 cupcashews
  6. 1/2 cuphazelnuts
  7. 1/2 cupgoji berries
  8. 1/2 cupblack cherries (quartered and pitted)
  9. 1/2 cupcoconut flakes
  10. 2 tbspagave syrup
  11. 3 tbspcoconut oil
  12. 1/3 tspvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, then spread thinly on baking sheets.

    Bake in oven at 300°F for about 10-15 minutes, ensuring that it does not burn

    Serve with vegan almond milk and banana slices, or enjoy as is!
