Ingredients

20 mins
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 2/3 cupall-purpose flour
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupBaileys Irish cream
  • 1 tbspwater
  • 1banana (ripe)

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Mix butter and sugar. Add egg one at a time.

    Stir in vanilla and bananas and mix

  3. 3

    Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

  4. 4

    Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture in 2 parts.

  5. 5

    Time for the best part add the Baileys! 👍👌 Stir well

  6. 6

    Mix water. To form a paste

  7. 7

    Preheat you're oven at 180°c for 10 mins. Bake cupcakes for 20min.

  8. 8

    Check to see if cupcakes are ready with a toothpick
