2avocado, thinly sliced
1/2red onion, thinly sliced
1/2lemon, juice only
1 tbspolive oil
1/2 tsp(or more) prepared English mustard
1 pinchgenerous - salt and pepper

Place avocado and onion in a bowl.

Whisk remaining in a small bowl and toss with avocado and onion.

Serve immediately.
