Steps

  1. 1

    Boil two eggs and and allow to cool then peel them

  2. 2

    Beat the other egg in a separate bowl

  3. 3

    Coat the boiled eggs in the beaten one

  4. 4

    Roll them in the bread crumbs

  5. 5

    Heat the cooking fat and fry the eggs into golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve while hot
