Ingredients

  1. 4medium portobello mushrooms
  2. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  3. 5green onion
  4. 1 cupItalian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  5. 1/3 cupvegetable broth
  6. 1/4 cupdry white wine
  7. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  8. 1 tbspdried basil
  9. 1/4 tspsalt
  10. 1several grinds black pepper

    Preheat broiler

  2. 2

    Use 1 teaspoon olive oil to lightly rub mushroom caps. Place them cap-side up on baking sheet 4 inches from heat source until browned

  3. 3

    Mince onions and mushroom stems

  4. 4

    Combine bread crumbs, olive oil, green onions, stems, broth, wine, Parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Remove mushrooms and flip over.

  6. 6

    Mound Crumb mixture onto each mushroom, pressing down firmly

  7. 7

    Broil filling side up, until slightly browned, about 3 minutes
