Steps

Cook sugar and water to make a syrup of one thread consistency.add milk and when the scum rise to the top,remove it.add colour as desired and keep the sugar syrup aside.

Make a thin batter of besan and water of pouring consistency.(add colour as required)

Heat sufficient ghee in a kadai.hold a perforated spoon over the hot ghee,pour a little batter over it and pass the batter through it fast into the kadahi to make boondis.foy for 2,3minutes.

Remove the boondis drain throughly and put into the sugar syrup.when the boindis have observed all the sugar syrup add cardamom powder and melon seeds and mix well.

Divide into portions and shape each into a laddoo.put in serving plate.

Tasty motichoor laddoo is ready.enjoy.
