1 tbspvegetable oil
1 1/2 tbspground cinnamon
1/2tiny chocolate chip morsels (optional)

Mix and beat well all the ingredients.

Allow the batter to stand for one or two minutes to thicken up.

Heat up a griddle...

Allow the pancakes to cook until the batter bubbles up and the underside is golden brown.

Flip the pancakes over and cook until the other side is also golden brown.
