Got this from a friend at work, but I use strawberry ice cream instead of vanilla.

1/2 gallonStrawberry ice cream
1 canfrozen pink lemonade drink concentrate
1 packagesPhiladelphia chocolate spread
1Magic shell sauce
2Graham cracker pie crust

Allow ice cream and pink lemonade mix to sit out on the counter to soften

Apply Philly chocolate spread to pie crusts. Just thick enough to hold the crust together.

Mix ice cream and frozen drink mix until combined

Add ice cream mixture to pie crusts. Will make two full pies.

Drizzle with magic shell

Freeze for a couple hours to firm everything back up.
