When you just don't have time to Turkey Brine

I'm a busy mom that had to work late Thanksgiving Eve and I didn't have time to brine.
Although I slathered my turkey in this, this should be more than enough for 1 whole turkey or maybe even 2 depending on how much you prefer to use.
But I'm thinking I'll try it when I grill also! :-)

Steps

Add 2 sticks of room temperature butter, 2 tbsps olive oil, and two packets of your favorite Grill Master Marinade or seasoning to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Spread as desired onto meat or poultry.

Cook immediately or if you prefer to allow the flavor to set in, refrigerate for up to 24 hrs and then cook, bake or grill!
