Ingredients

8 servings
  • 8 cupcoarsely chopped zucchini
  • 14 1/2 ozdiced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 3 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat butter in a pot. Add zucchini amd salt. Simmer 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes and tomato paste, simmer 20 minutes. Then cover for 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
