1 canSmall rotel
1 dashChili Powder
1 pinchCumin
1 tspCreole
1/2 lbfavorite smoked meat
1 dashGarlic Powder
1/3Onion
1/3Bell Pepper

Begin bringing can of beans in juice to heat. Once they are warm enough, try to mash to desired consistency.
