Ingredients

about 4 dozen
  • 1 1/2 cupshortening
  • 2 cupbrown sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cuphoney
  • 4 1/2 cupflour, sifted
  • 4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients

  2. 2

    Chill dough for at least an hour

  3. 3

    Roll dough into walnut size balls

  4. 4

    Roll balls in sugar

  5. 5

    Bake at 375°F for 10-12th minutes
